Taking into account the relevant copyright situation, we examine the possibilities and obligations of the production. We review what category of song, film excerpt, image best fits the circumstances and what legitimate cost-effective solutions could be. If there is one, we go through the possible variants of using the selected song. If there is no selected work (song, image, film) yet, we explain the alternatives. We provide a list of tasks and, if immediately available, the appropriate contact, if the Client would like to arrange the authorization. The focus of the consultation may also be: author representation, resolution of unauthorized use, general consultation, assessment of production options, etc. The consultation usually lasts 45 minutes, online or by phone.
FULL SUPERVISION MUSIC COORDINATION

FULL AUTHORIZATION OR PARTIAL DUTIES
The use of a song, image or video consists of many steps, starting from assessing the legal, market and creative parameters, through the selection of songs, through identifying the right holders, to contacting them. And this is just the preparation. This is followed by the authorization process, in which 100% copyright must be collected and the possibility of using the sound recording must be clarified. Then, the parties involved must be consulted, an offer must be made and the answers must be reconciled again, for example based on MFN clauses. You can ask for help with any subtask.

Choosing the right song for a production requires more than just creative and artistic aspects. It is optimal if it is known about the song that its copyright holders are available, and whether it can theoretically be licensed. Taking these conditions into account, the authorization process can be significantly simplified. For this, there is a shortage of a short consultation and a brief of a few words. Sometimes the budget is lower than what the chosen song costs. In such cases, there are alternatives. I provide expert help for this as well. Licensing existing complete stage works for a new country, theater, concept, or arrangement is a little different than licensing individual songs, but I am also happy to help with that.

Monthly fee structure is established upon consultation.
Music supervision
Additional tasks during collaboration, or if the calculation is optimal: 25,000 HUF - 35,000 HUF per hour.
Expertise, administration, authorization subtasks
Song and film excerpt licensing based on compiled excerpts for a production from 120,000 HUF (depending on the rights holders and the number of items included in the production).
